Many people are just getting plain old sick and tired of the health care system these days. The service is horrible and surgery is always the answer when it just doesn't have to be. I urge you before you take the leap and get surgery or go on a prescription regimen look into alternative natural medicine. I fell into the trap of "surgery is the only option" when I had a diseased gall bladder. To this day I wish I would have just taken the time and looked around at what else was out there or had at least taken steps to naturally prevent it. After my surgery to this day I deal with the after effects of a missing gall bladder every day. I'm not saying that everything can be cured using natural homeopathic remedie3s but if your situation is nonlife threatening it can't hurt to try before you go under the knife or spend a fortune on prescription medicine. I've compiled a list of natural and homeopathic remedies and prevention for everything from common skin conditions to potentially serious problems. For natural home remedies you really don't need to go very far or crazy about it, most cures and prevention can be found right in your own kitchen. The idea of natural remedies is to use the chemical naturally present in spices, herbs and other foods to fight off whatever foreign body is causing the infection or irritation. This is so much easier for your body to process than hundreds of milligrams of chemically produced antibiotics. Some common remedies are:
- For headaches try slicing up an apple, removing the upper rind and the inner apple core and then sprinkling salt on the apple. Eat this in the morning every morning on an empty stomach and continue this for about a week.
- For earaches try mixing a solution of equal parts of apple cider vinegar and rubbing alcohol and using a dropper drop to fill the ear canal and let it sit for 5-10 minutes.
- For Tonsillitis try using milk. Boil pure milk. Mix a pinch of turmeric powder and pepper powder. Take this every night for 3 nights.
- For Nausea try taking two ginger root capsules. Or try using a fresh piece of ginger in your tea.
- For getting rid of ringworm try raw papaya. Papaya is one of the most effective remedies for ringworm. Just slice the fresh fruit and rub it on the area affected by ringworm. Or try making a paste from dried papaya seeds and applying it to the ringworm area.
